21st October 2006 Windsurfing: Shoreham Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: A 3 hour Saturday afternoon session 3-6pm with the tide on the drop. The wind was very up and down and at times I was seriously blobbing along with everyone else, but for the last hour or so the conditions became a tad more consistent resulting in a decent blast on the waveboard with some good jumps and gybes, helped also by the breeze veering slightly more cross-shore. So just good enough to scrape 4 stars. Yet another windy weekend (4th in a row) and still plenty warm enough in the summer suit. :-) |
